Important: By purchasing any product or service from Systematic-Edge, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
- "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Systematic-Edge, operated by Jez Turner, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom.
- "You", "Your" refers to the purchaser or user of our products and services.
- "Products" refers to TradingView indicators, backtest reports, setup consultations, and any other digital products or services we offer.
- "Website" refers to systematic-edge.co.uk and all associated pages.
2. Nature of Products & Services
⚠️ Educational Purposes Only: All products and services provided by Systematic-Edge are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations.
Our products include:
- TradingView indicators that display potential trade setups
- Historical backtest data and performance reports
- Educational materials explaining trading strategies
- Technical setup assistance for automation tools
We do not provide:
- Financial advice or recommendations to buy/sell any instrument
- Guarantees of future performance or profitability
- Investment management or portfolio advisory services
- Signals services telling you when to trade
3. No Guarantee of Results
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Past performance, including backtested results, is not indicative of future results.
- Backtested performance is hypothetical and has inherent limitations.
- There is no guarantee that you will achieve any particular results using our products.
- Trading futures and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss.
- You could lose some or all of your invested capital.
- Results shown on our website represent historical backtests, not actual trading results.
4. Your Responsibilities
By using our products, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make.
- You have independently assessed the suitability of any trading strategy for your circumstances.
- You understand the risks involved in futures trading and leveraged instruments.
- You will not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
- If using a prop firm, you will verify their rules regarding automated trading before purchasing our automation package.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual Property
All products, including but not limited to indicators, code, documentation, and educational materials, are the intellectual property of Systematic-Edge. Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the purchased products. You may not:
- Share, redistribute, or resell any products
- Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce indicator code
- Share TradingView indicator access with others
- Use our products to create competing products or services
6. Payment & VAT
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the current UK rate (20%) will be added at checkout for all customers. Payment is required in full before access to products is granted.
7. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products will be delivered as follows:
- Indicator Access: TradingView invitation sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation
- Backtest Reports: Delivered via email within 5 business days
- Setup Calls: Scheduled within 7 days of purchase at a mutually convenient time
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Systematic-Edge shall not be liable for any trading losses you incur.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for technical issues with third-party platforms (TradingView, TradersPost, brokers, etc.).
9. Third-Party Services
Our products integrate with third-party services including TradingView, TradersPost, and various brokers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these services. You must agree to their respective terms of service independently.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
